I noticed that for the boxrec ratings at heavyweight in the 1960s and 1970s Bob Foster is rated highly at heavyweight and I was curious as to the cause for this error given Foster lacks any wins over contenders at heavyweight.

... sorry, there was a problem in determinating the correct weight divisions from the bouts ...
The problem is fixed now, but the annual ratings are not yet updated so far ...

I hope they are fixed soon. It would be interesting to look at historical ratings.
