i believe it was PTS actually from BBN but I may be wrong...yes when i read that i thought the same but I think he means it's about time you knocked someone out.
I once heard Bessey never turned pro cos he thought he didn't punch hard enough so stayed amateurs......had a change of heart on that one obviously.

billy has been pro for about five years now, he just hasnt been very active. i think i can remember him considering going back to amatuers after his first pro fight ( which he incidendly won ) but never bothered.

Cant believe you are actually talking of your stints in Bosnia and Iraq now Bill you obviously find it a bit easier to talk about now !!
Had no doubts about your silky skills in this fight myself bill and please post the video of your ABA final win to show the doubters of the actual guns in action :TU:

on the point of its about time i stopped someone well im a lover not a fighter and i couldnt punch my way out of a paper bag
Runbbish - I remember you flattening a boastful and muscular Joe Young in the ABAs.

Well worth watching, esp as it looked like they pulled someone out of the pie shop or pub and got him to fight an athlete......

It ranks right next to beer-boy Darren Corbett's KO of Chris Okoh as most unlikely looking victor..........
