What the feck is the name for this, probably American, practice???

When big wigs create spin and employ certain layouts or colours in order to boost their pitiful low paid employees and force them intoi feeling positive.

Does it fall under a specific term? I used to think it was ergonomics but apparently im wrong.

Any insight fellas?

There is some definite science in this though - REd increases aggression (it is the danger colour) - in some prisons they paint the cell walls pink or green which chills people out mentally...
