Why posts being deleted

two threads about Warren in the courts have been deleted, is this cos they are not true or because the mods are scaired of warren?

Fair do's - If I were John I'd want my back covered. But unless BS have used fictitious quotes Jose, then the non-payment of sanctioning fees story looks pretty safe to me, ergo discussion about it should be safe.

Otherwise, is there a legal clause whereby we could sue Rabbithole for his actions, which have caused us a loss of freedom of speech?
