Hey guys,
Do you think Mayweather if he loses to Hatton on Saturday?

I think its a very strong possibilitiy if he wins. If he loses I am sure there will be a rematch. It's no secret his hands are bad and he's talking about a lot of other niggles on the 24/7's. Seems to be the talk of a guy about to call it a day for good IMO.

He's kind of like a poor imitation of Eubank or Ali, without the intelligence or wit.. but like a modern rap style..

He said he's beaten the best from every country, apart from the UK and how this will be the final seal on his legacy.. so he's basically saying this is his last fight..
But he'll lose, because Hatton will step off to the side and hit him with lethal lefts downstairs, which none of his previous pressure opponents have done.. he says he's only watched a couple of clips of Hatton, a few rounds against Tszyu and Collazo, when Hatton wasn't stepping off.. i think they're in for a shock..

I think he will deffo retire - if he wins. A draw or loss might be another matter.......
He has already started with how his hands and shoulders are sore etc.... as per the 24/7 documentary.
When I fighter starts to talk that way its only a matter of time IMO.

He'll retire after every fight until someone offers him a BIG wedge

Mayweather seems to be the new Sugar Ray Leonard - retire after every megafight that he wins, only to return when another megafight comes up.

Mayweather will retire after the fight and it will mean as much as me giving up drinking every Sunday morning when I have a god-awful hangover.

Think a lot of posters have this summed up. Mayweather likes the cash and spends it at a god awful rate, he'll need to fight to pay the bills. He'll retire till someone offers him big bucks to fight.
Can't ever see him fighting Cotto though.

Me neither, Mayweather it too clever to take on Cotto. My money's on him changing his mind and fighting Mosley next.

Think there is a good chance of a rematch, if he wins in the USA if Hatton wins at old trafford (because its a bigger stadium than the city of mcr).
Strange I'm becoming more of the view that hatton mite win even though my head says floyd I'm getting a funny feeling.
