I have Holmes-Lane and Mercer-Lane, original copies.
I have Norris-Tucker, 6-13-91, but not sure if it is 1 or 2

As to the others, no. Most of them apparently weren't broadcast.
But I do invite you to check out my list, you'll find a lot of other hard to find bouts there. Takes some digging, but they're there.

don't know about the others, but I was at the Jeff Merritt/Ron Stander fight and it wasn't televised and the only way there'd be a record of it would be if someone made a bootleg film of it. As Don King was there as the promoter that is ....well, highly unlikely. I don't recall seeing any of the other fights on your list so I agree that they were probab ly never televised. Hope you prove me wrong...I'd like to see some of them myself.

Larry Holmes v Roy Tiger Williams(undercard of ALi v Young)/Garing Lane(will of been on USA Network)
Jeff Merritt v Ernie Terrell (a high profile fight like this? musta been on TV right?)
Ron Lyle v Buster Mathis
John Tate v Lou Esa/Bernardo Mercado (tate was high profile cos he was an olypian. they filmed all his early fights right?)

Greg Page v James Broad(tyson thomas undercard but wasnt broadcast)/Jerry Ballard(ruiz tucker joppy undercard)/Marion Wilson (yes sure was on TV)
Tim Witherspoon v Quick Tillis(coetzee dokes HBO DID show this one)

The following fights are on my list, in case you weren't able to see it:

LANE, GARING MDEC 4 MIKE ROBINSON
LANE, GARING KO 4 PHILLIP PINDERS
LANE, GARING L 4 RAY MERCER
LANE, GARING L 10 RENALDO SNIPES
LANE, GARING TKO 2 ALEX GARCIA
LANE, GARING UDEC10 CRAIG PAYNE
LANE, GARING TKOBY12 JEREMY WILLIAMS
LANE, GARING L 10 LARRY HOLMES
LANE, GARING L 8 LANCE WHITAKER
LANE, GARING L 10 LAMON BREWSTER
LANE, GARING KOBY 2 BRIAN NEILSEN

While it is possible that I missed a broadcast or two, it is very unlikely that I would have missed Bowe-Lane if it was broadcast between 1988 and 1998, unless it was only shown on a regional broadcast not in my area.
The problem with most of the fights you listed is that when they took place, neither fighter had generated much public interest, and few people indeed were taping undercard fights of new young fighters, with the possible exception of a few olympians. I've never seen a list of fights in this era ('88 to '01) with as many undercard fighters as on my list. As you can see by the response you're getting here, the chances of finding those bouts are practically nonexistant. Good luck, though.

I don't do PAL, sorry. I don't have a VCR capable of converting to PAL, and paying for conversion is too expensive in the USA.

I charge $20.00 US for a tape of the era 1985-2003, plus shipping.

overhand - I got your message and will respond shortly, after I plumb my memory for the best information and details.

For now, and others may be interested, Merritt looked like a terrific comer that night, gave the tough Ron Stander a real battering, knocked him down for the first and as far as I know maybe only time in his career, and the referee stopped it in the third. I touched on this fight before in a thread with references to Larry Holmes, who was on the undercard.
