A lot of posters have been mentioning the possible outcome of a Guzman vs Arthur fight, and most seem to think that Guzman would smash Arthur and KO him with ease.

I was wondering if posters here actually want that to be the result, and why.

I personally would want Arthur to win, and think he could.

Cue the same repeated argument about wanting fighters from your own country to win.

I think think Guzman would batter Arthur but I would want Alex to win. There you go.

I just wanted to know what people thought, I wasn't trying to imply that people should support Arthur, they can support who they want.

I have voted yes, but would give him no chance. I have said for a long time that AAA is not world class. Even the second-tier world-class operators such as Rocky Juarez would have too much for him. He would be embarassed by the elite such as Guzman. A complete mismatch, but I would support him. I would, though, rather see a re-match with Steve Foster Jr. who might beat him next time after settling in at 130.

Yep Guzman is one of my favorites as well. Also don't really like Arthur going around calling himself a world champion and waiting for Guzman to step up in weight, would probably be quite pleased to see Guzman set him straight

I don't think AAA would win, but I'd want him too.
