Check out this crock over on the current scene.
Boxing manager/club fighter Stacy "Goodnight" Gooson (a regular boxrec poster) is scheduled to fight...wait for it...a boxer he actually manages! This is, in my opinion, abhorant. People will be paying money for tickets expecting to witness a competetive sporting event. I know we have some ridiculous, non-effort match-ups here but I think this takes it to another level.
I personally think it is fraudulant to try and pass the fight off as a genuine sporting contest. Even if Goodson were to promise to give his all, it is still bollocks.

Before anybody says otherwise, it matters not that neither Stacy or his fighter are ever going to amount to anything close to big time names in the sport. It's the principle.
