how do you save images from a youtube video?.

You can use the "PrtScn" button on your keyboard to copy a screenshot. You then need to open up an imaging program (Microsoft Paint is fine) and paste the image.

For videos use a flv player and one of the numerous flv converter sites on the web, such as:
