Not a bad little list - pleased that they've picked up the Skelton fight, even if it will be a turkey...

No other words for that other than impressive.
A mate of my Missus is the Commercial Director of Sky Sports and I asked him about boxing for the next year. He said they're scaling down their international fights, keeping domestic, and thinking of getting more MMA other than Cage Rage. Possibly WEC.
Also, I've noticed that Boxing is back on channel 5 again (Sunday). Hopefully it'll be Guinn's FNF.

What happened to Fight Academy. I thought they had a six fight deal with Setanta? Looks like Clinton may have to pack his suitcase for away day fights!

Can't believe Setanta though. I'm still being charged £15 per month since Hatton-Castillo. I call them to cancel (still on the phone as I type this as it was this thread that reminded me to call them) and mentioned that everyone else seems to be paying £9.99 per month and thye say "oh yes we can drop that down for you sir, would you like that?"
"Er no it's ok, I'd prefer to carry on paying the extra fiver to be honest, I prefer to pay more for things, makes one appreciate it that bit extra don't you find?"

Was £14.99 for all sports channels I think.
Can't believe LoveJoy has left. No reason to watch Soccer AM now as Helen is looking a bit Fishmonger's Wife lately.

'How dare you'
Not sure what a fishmongers wife looks like, but I'm pretty sure its not complimentary.
Helen is still a Godess among women in my eyes, the thought of her has just nearly caused me to spank the monkey

Just got mine lowered. Like a doughnut I have knowlingly been paying 15 notes a month since June as I also signed up for the Cotto/Judah - Hatton/Castillo deal. I asked the mush if I was getting the same package (11 channels) and he said I was. Lowered it there and then on the phone. Their line up for next 3 months looks top drawer and don't forget last year they often bought rights tp fights at th last min etc so I'd wager we might get a few more good bills on top of that.

IS it possible to get setanta on freeview?

Yes it is , but you need a freeview box that has a card slot, also the Setanta that you get on freeview finishes at 3am, so you miss out on alot of the fights from the US.

Anyone here got Sky multiroom?
The setanta channels only appears on the main box - is this the case for everyone?

Maybe 5 years ago bud, she's losing her charm now.
Just don't spank over the TV, or you'll get a shock!

Superb line up.
Shouldn't complain but now I just hope they sort out the niggles with the international coverage (crap US commentary, showing fights 'nearly' live, very short next day repeats).

I'm glad someone agrees. The FOX Sports commentator is the worst I've ever heard. During Barrera Pacman he actually managed to have an argument with himself about his scorecard, which hardly instilled confidence.
At least for the Xmas special they tried to use Joe Tessitore when they could.[/b]
