Kill them both? By that I assume you mean Paulie Malignaggi and Ricky Hatton? If so, I will agree with you that he would possibly kill Paulie, but to say he would kill Hatton is fairly ludicrous in my opinion.

Witter would definately beat Mallignaggi, absolutely for certain after watching him struggle last night - He got the win (didnt deserve it) but only by a couple of rounds - Hatton would eat the dog that ate the dog, still making Hatton top dog.

Witter beats anyone at 140 now period, hes the no1 for me. After watching Malignaggi no way Malignaggi is up to Witter's level. And after seeing Hatton ko'd from a counter hook no way can Ricky beat Witter who would e landign big counters all night

Witter would probably get robbed in America. Decisions on DiBella shows suck.

It took Mayweather 10 rounds to find that shot and he's the P4P #1. And even that is after Hatton was desperate. Witter needs to make Hatton desperate in the first place to find that opening.

Not really Mayweather tagged Hatton clean all night despite been hesitant early on. Hatton commits the cardinal sin of coming in with his hands down and hes done it his whole career. Against a counter puncher who throws powerful shots from any angle Hatton would be in trouble

Mayweather's shown the way to beat Hatton and Witter has the same countering skills to do the exact same

I think Witter hits harder than Mayweather too.

Anyone know???

i think witter is a quality and underated fighter and has a very good chance of beating ricky but junior is easier to hit than people think and he can be clumsy with his shots, as for him hitting harder than mayweather im not so sure, floyd has been in with vastly superior opponents compared to witter

Is it me or is Mayweather hitting harder now he's been around the Welterweight limit longer. Although he shaved it against De La Hoya in my eyes, he caught Oscar with some flush shots that stopped him in his tracks and of course some powerful shots against Hatton before he stopped him. I think when he lands flush now he's looking very powerful. The fight I want to see in 2008 is Mayweather against Cotto :TU:

I would like to see Witter fight Hatton as well, but lets not get carried away because of what Mayweather did against Hatton, Witter is not Mayweather and both fighting at 140 pounds, Hatton would be back at his own weight were he's at his best.

P4p No 1 but It was more to do with how good Hatton really Is as we all knew Floyd was great.

He would be a perfect opponent for either of them. Good money in New York and an easy title win.

Bet you wouldn't have said that after Witter fought Colin Lynes. People's opinions change from fight to fight. Right now Witter is coming off a good win over Harris and Hatton is coming off a bad loss to Mayweather, so a lot of people are high on Witter.

Personally I feel Hatton has looked like s**t for age's and I can't stand his hit and hug style. I'd still make him favourite over Witter and certainly Malignaggi, who really isn't anything special, but anything can happen.

I think he has the power to stop that being a factor.

Well I always thought Witter would beat Hatton until the Lynes/Kotelnik showings. Your right I thought witter was past prime after Lynes and Kotelnik. But hes bounced back nicely and is showing some form. I don't think Witter has lost more than 1 round in his last 3 fights against good competition.

Witters slick powerful countering is all wrong for a Hatton who is showing he can't deal with those attributes whether its P4P no1 or Louis Collazo.

Hatton would beat Malignaggi, Rees, Torres but he gets beat by Witter

I think people are getting a bit carried away with Witters win over Harris - Harris is still good and in the mix but he isnt a top fighter and Hatton would have nailed him easily - Hatton went up to welter and lost to not only the best in the division but the best P4P fighter in the world - Now he has lost his unbeaten record people think Witter is the top man at LWW - Hatton has dominated at LWW, and although he isnt quite what he was, he still has enough for anyone including Witter at that weight - Lets hope they get it on so Ricky can retire unbeaten in his true weight class and prove that in his time he was the best - Maybe the best LWW ever!! definately in Britain.

How has Hatton dominated at LWW?
KT
Castillo
Urango

Torres - Maliginnnnnnnnagi - Witter - Even Hopkins is more Dangerous that 2 of the above 3.

Hatton has not dominated shit.

Kotelnik.
Harris
Corley
Lynes ( good recent form)

Witter has beaten the above fighters and Hatton WONT fight him.
Hatton wiull never be down as the greatest LWW ever - are you on drugs?
