Well apparently Sam Mumbas version had to be re-done very quickly as the original entrance tune was a copyright infringement:

you can view the original entrance music here:

I lasted 90 seconds of that before my cheesy gland exploded, it all went very American  I hope cheesiness hasn't spread across the Atlantic, because it could make it over the Irish sea!!! We could be listening to the Spice Girls sing Haye and Macca into the ring [spit]

Kostya Tszyu had a Pish one against Hatton. Went something like "Kostya Tszyu, he's the best. Kostya Tszyooooo. He'll kick your fcking ass."

Well, maybe not the last bit.

Does Tony Oakey come into the ring to the Hokey Cokey? If so then that is the worst, even thought I haven't seen it. Don't need to. :TU:

Bruce Seldon's against Tyson was embarrassing. He was acting as though he was stepping into the local 'claggy mat' nightclub and then proceeded to nearly shat himself at the ref's instrructions. He then tried to defend his performance by referring to his entrance as his proof that he wasn't scared.

If you watch Arturo Gatti against Mayweather, when the pyrotechnics go off behind him he jumps out of his skin, then shadow boxes to make it look like he wasn't scared.

I seem to remember Audley's first, and many of his others, were somewhat toe curling.

Audley Harrison entering the ring to a recording of Tim Westwood (radio 1 rap show tw@t) screaming "WELCOME TO THE RING, THE INCREDIBLE, AUDLEY HARRISON!" Went on for about minute and a half. Might have been before his Julius Long fight.

Terry D wrote:Michael Katsidis' last ring entrance. Coming out to an empty arena with ominous rumbling music and his gladiator attire. At one point he stopped to look around and savour the 'crowd', who both seemed to enjoy it.
I actually really liked that entrance..........although maybe it didn't suit the occasion with about 1/5 of the arena full at the time .

I remember one, about 10-12 years ago, maybe a British title fight, anyway, they had Irish dancers dancing in the ring as the fighter came out- he lost in about 6 rounds. I think the guy was a london Irish boxer, I can't remember his name.
