Hey there guys
Im having my first amateur fights in a few months time if all goes well, and i was wondering what all your opinions were on getting some decent boots. Ive already asked the guys at the gym but your opinions could not hurt.
Any help in terms of how much to spend, good deals and good brands would be greatly appreciated.

Do the "Athlete's Foot" shops sell boxing boots? If you go there for runners or football boots they check your feet, walk and balance then recommend a few different brands that suit you. There would be no harm in ringing one of their shops and asking.

Sounds good, you are a good age for it at 20, where do you train?
How often, why is weight a concern?
Done any other martial arts or anything in the past?
What made you go to boxing at 20?
If its OK to ask
