This may have been posted already, but Ricky looks extremely out of shape in my view, more-so than he has done previously.
I know we've all touched on the subject of Ricky's weight fluctuations, but come on guys, surely at some point, it's going to come back to haunt him? I don't just mean within his boxing career, but just from a general health perspective.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not slagging Ricky, I'm a big, big Hatton fan, but with Ricky recently suffering his first pro defeat, this is perhaps the most crucial time in his career - how he bounces back from the defeat, etc?

It's surely messed his stamina levels up.
You can't train half the year at best and still expect to keep high stamina levels like he used to have.
After watching those 24/7 episodes though Kayes Is mad to think It's good for his mentality.
Graham doesn't seem to do much In the gym with him either except the body bag and pads really. Kayes said on one them that he lets the fighters motivate themselves otherwise they have no motivation In the first place.

What's wrong with that? Trainers have a role to play i.e. they may say certain things at the right time to give a fighter a lift, and they should understand what makes a fighter tick and build on that; but if somebody isn't self-motivated there's not much anybody else can do to change that.

"I think one of my best attributes is that I'm pretty fearless, so I'll fight anyone that is put in front of me."
JUNIOR WITTER?

If someone had slagged me off for years, I’d sure as hell want to smack his head in, surely that’s the more natural reaction from a fighter, isn’t part of being a great champion turning back the challenges of leading contenders year after year, after all that’s what made Kostya Tszyu great.
Benn gave Eubank his big chance in 1990 after the pretty much unknown at the time Eubank had slagged him off.

It's an excuse, he doesn't fancy his chances against Witter end of story.

The man is full of s**t and I can't see how anyone can stand up for him. He took a f**king eternity to have a big fight, then it was another two years before his next big fight. Now he's decided not to fight above light welter again where all the best match ups are, but he's still not going to take on his biggest rival at light welter.
WHAT THE F**K ARE YOU GOING TO DO THEN?
We're all salivating over the prospect of a showdown with Malignaggi or Torres, really we are.

It's hard to believe it's only 6 weeks since he was in the ring. To grow three new chins in that time is going some!

What do you reckon he weighs at the moment? Got to be at least 14 stone.

As his trainer Hatton should be able to gain strength from him and that Includes In the gym, not just In his corner.

I dread to think what Hatton will look like a few years after he retires.

weird seeing hatton do all that body bag work and then do hardly any in fights.
it's quite shocking really to see a pressure fighter who relies on bullying ppl at one weight, abuse his body so much.

Maybe like Autobarn said, he does more work In the gym than he does In his recent fights.

Sorry, I don't see your point here? Are you saying Graham should motivate Hatton before &/or during fights or are you alluding to something else that Graham should / shouldn't be doing?

I counted four, but I will take your word for it, with all that blubber its easy to lose count - I think I look fitter than him, I only have one chin!!!
