Just remember, Zab reckoned he could have continued. Now that would have required a "sorry" if it had happened.

If it'd continued then the entire boxing world may have been sorry

As for the other "sorry" thing, there are 2 sides to it. None of us here are responsible for any of it although I can understand why a sorry is probably still in order. Some years ago when little Johnny refused to say sorry I was told there would be legal ramificationsif the government did formally apologise. It'll be interesting to see if there will be any now

I think John was right. Why say sorry for something he didnt do, I didnt do it and neither did anyone i know. The government from them days should say sorry not us today.

The Prime Minister apologised on behalf of the Parliament, because it was the Parliament in 1912 that passed the law that took children away from their mothers after their white fathers abandoned them. Howard always was and always will be a turd.

I don't see anything wrong with the "sorry". Saying sorry in a public forum was an overt display of acknowledgement that what was being done for 7 decades was essentially wrong. Saying sorry today wasn't an admission of immediate guilt on anyone's part

I agree, I am not normally a Labor supporter but I concede the Libs dropped the ball on this. They could have, for one day, been gracious.
