Just noticed Johnny Greaves got a win by 1st round KO. Week after week he is always in the opponents corner and amassed a 0-10 record. Finally he gets a win; was anyone there to see this event?
Well done Johnny and next maybe Lance Verallo can get his big first win

Yeah, thats always good to see! And I'm sure it would happen more often, too, if boxers are matched up against opponents of similar ability- which can make for an interesting and enjoyable fight.
If you look at Lance Verallo's record 19 out of his 21 fights have been against figthers who are yet to lose. (althought some fighters were making a debut).
His oppoents combined record is something like 42 wins -6 draws -2 losses.

Jim Wright was there for BBN.
I've seen Greaves a few times, decent lad. His first three fights were against undefeated trio Rob Hunt, Dean Harrison and Jamie Cox – not many harder fights he could have started his pro career with.

And did anyone notice that Ricky Burns stopped Silence Saheed, he also put him down an eight count earlier.
The first time Saheed has been stopped

I didn't notice that one. Burns, the slick boxing, non-puncher stopped the granite jawed Saheed, never before stopped and also down for an eight count?!
Has the world gone mad

Well Done Johnny Greaves, alot betta than his record reads just that he's been in with some good lads like Cox, Watson, Crolla, Purdy and more.

I thought Andy Butlin put up a cracking show versus Walker too. Fifth fight, and he's spread them over about 2 yrs too.
Walker got a shock.
