What an intriguing long card.
Its Peter vs Maskaev - all the more intriguing after Peter looking poor vs McCline.
Castillo vs Bradley - Really looking forward to this one. I want to see how good this Bradley is.
Juan Diaz vs Nate Campbell - possibly the toughest test yet for Diaz - Campbell is in some great form.
Ruiz vs McCline - okay, not the best looking fight in terms of excitement on paper - but a 50:50 affair.
Also there are 3 other 12 rounders (which do look dangerously one sided on paper mind) and the continued comeback of Guty Espadas Jnr.

Castillo may be having weight issues again. He should be up at welter by now. The WBC shouldn't push past it name Mexicans, especially if they don't deserve a shot or if they can't even make the weight any longer.

Some good ones alright. Bradley looked the business against Garnica and an impressive win over Castillo could net him a title shot. Ruiz-McCline though has ZZZZ written all over it.

Who really forced the Haye Vs Macca fight to be at 2am?
Like the Americans really want that at primetime when they got Juan Diaz fighting and the other fighters.
Peter takes enough right hands off Oleg he will go out, Peter's overrated puncher.

Castillo weight problems again?
#1 contender Timothy "Desert Storm" Bradley (21-0, 11 KOs) weighed 143.5 lbs at his seven-day weigh-in, well below the 147 lbs. maximum allowed for Saturday's WBC super lightweight title elimination bout against #2 rated Jose Luis Castillo in Cancun. Castillo (56-8-1, 48 KOs) in his last WBC report, did not include his seven-day weight. The former two-time lightweight champion Castillo, who has a history of not making weight for fights, reportedly weighed 151 lbs at his 30-day weigh-in, leading to rampant speculation that he may struggling to make the 140lb weight limit.

Bet the WBC don't enforce shite.
Bradley knows he's got to win big to get a decision, and if Castillo is allowed to cheat at the weight, then he's even more up against it.

Castillo weighed the day before the official weigh in... 147.5 lbs.
So he has got to sweat of 7.5 lbs in a day - very unlikely.
If he does - then put your money on Bradley.

Yeah i see that Stu, almost unbelievable that Castillo agreed to step on the scales really, seeing as he didn't have to.
Feel sorry for Bradley if Castillo doesn't make the weight, how many more times is the Mexican going to be allowed to get away with it.

But essentially he had to before (a week back) and refused. Surely the WBC have to scrap the fight - even if he makes the weight tommorrow.

Castillo has pulled out. He couldn't get the last 3 pounds off due to 'stomach pains'.
