Okay.
Booth generally ontop in his Commonwealth title fight. Opponent is not completely shoddy, but Booth has won every round - flooring his opponent once.

Round one - hardish to call, Munroe maybe getting too involved but looks quite sharp..... Martinez looks strong, I think he power is for real.

Martinez seems unable to let shots go until his opponent stands still, which in Monroe's case is virtually never.
Positive start. Good crowd support.

Round 3 - Munroe boxing really well, Martinez looks very strong though but hardly punching.
A bit reminiscent of Abraham vs Elcock - is Munroe over exerting?

If Monroe had serious punching ability he could nail Martinez every time with the straight left down the middle. Martinez makes Michael Katsidis look scientific.

Round 6 - Close round to score. Munroe needs to put more weight in his punches, Martinez getting more accurate.
Sky scored it for Martinez, I scored it for Munroe.

Monroe talking freely in the corner between rounds, certainly fit enough.
I'd like to see him at least score with 6-10 solid jabs per round, that would see him to victory.
Dunne must be thinking how did I lose to this guy...

Round 7 - Munroe round, couple of nice combinations - Martinez did something.
Bit of a swelling occuring on Munroe.

Munroe was told he is only a round 1 by Maloney or someone, so he goes for it in the 8th and wins the round clearly... Martinez is still dangerous and not hurt at all - but Munroe took charge.

9th round, Munroe round clear again... Martinez isn't doing much and is now looking frustrated and flummux.
I'd like to see Munroe still punch with more authority.

If he loses now without getting KO'd - it will be a Kelly vs Maladrottu 1 style robbery.

Thoroughly professional job from Monroe. Not always pretty but he did the business.
Back to the drawing board for Martinez. I'm sure he looks devastating on a punch bag....
