HERBIE HIDE

I know Lennox Lewis dominated HW but this was after Herbie had gone back down and Lewis did lose against McCall and Rahman, and in his 1st fight against cruiseweight Holyfield could only draw.

Hide on the other hand, only lost against Klitschko on an off night and Bowe who admitted that Hide had him worried early on. We must also remember that Hide beat world class fighters such as Michael bennt and Tony Tucker to win the world title not once but twice.

Remember aswell I just mentioned Tucker.

He took Lewis 12 rounds but could only last 2 against Herbie

I see one and all agree with this

He just won WBC International cruiserweight title, so you'l have to look for a new Heavy Weight till he moves up

but since he left the HW scene who has come close to his ability.

I have made my case about Lewis.

Skelton, Williams, Sprott and Harrison are nowhere near him. Although I thought Audley was clearly the best ability wise out of these.

Maybe David Haye although a prime David against a prime Herbie would struggle. Herbie to win in 6. If Herbie foughtt David Haye now he might last 8 or 9 rounds

Amatuers is different and Klitschko was stopped on a cut off illegal headbutts but the ref and doctor were on lewis side

The cut was caused by a punch clearly in the 3rd round. Whether lewis would of won if he didnt cut him i dont know but it was a fair stoppage because the damage was inflicted by punches.

The point im getting across is that you say Haye woud beat Wlad Klitschko within 4rounds,but Haye would get smashed within 2rounds against Hide.. i DONT think you know what your talking about.....

How come in june last year wlad agreed to fight hide, but a week after hide fight against Aleh Dubiaha he pulled out
