That's a good article. I agree with Oliver Harrison. I think Khan is a lot better than he showed against St. Clair, even though there were a lot of positives to take from the fight (good combinations, good stamina, good focus, etc.).

Khan does a lot for local kids with his gym but these is also negative driving press with speeding and knocking a bloke over in his car

He doesn't need any of this when preparing for a fight

I think he has the guidance there already. Isn't the car incident the only thing we have heard? I can't remember any other misdemeanour's.

My mate saw him hanging out in a bar in Bradford with his mates last saturday! Very 'spartan lifestyle'...

Interesting that Harrison has come out and said that becuase he normally keeps a low profile. He must be genuinely concerned.

I don't know if I'm meant to be reading between the lines here but he isn't being criticised for hanging out in bars and schmoozing on red carpets.

If it is just a problem saying no to genuine requests for his time then that is different to what is being implied in the headline. It could in fact just be because he seems a genuinely nice guy who doesn't like to say no.

I think Khan's "advisors" are more to blame than himself for his past errors. Had he been guided properly (like Giggs was at United) he would never have had the bad press/problems he's had in the past.

Khan needs to advised properly by people he isn't close to. Nas take note!

Nah b*llocks I will get them thoughts out of mind straight away - I have to be honest here - I have been really impressed in the last couple of fights - the more influence Harrison has the better in my view - a top top trainer in my opinion.

Well thankfully its nothing extreme, would be sad if he was a tabloid icon hitting the front page every week with a new antic.

Fact is he has kept relatively low-key compared to other high - profile sportsmen.

There must be some concern for Harrison to go public on the matter. Maybe he isnt doing what Harrison wants from him. Maybe he thinks he knows better than Harrison. Maybe he is going into this fight with a complacent attitude -If that is the case then I can see why Harrison is worried Khan may come unstuck. Harrison is a top trainer who wouldnt express concern without grounds for doing so. I dont think the celeb thing and signing too many autographs is the real problem. Its more to do with following instructions in the gym to iron out flaws and improve his defense etc thats the real problem IMO.
