VIP SUPERSTARS COMPETITION ON SUNDAY 6TH APRIL 2008 AT ROBIN PARK ARENA WIGAN
All are welcome to come along and view for free this family friendly fun day which is causing great competition between the lads. The arena opens at 10.00 and the first event will begin at 10.30 , with the following schedule

MORNING SESSION IN INDOOR ARENA
ARCHERY – Points scored
ROWING - Time to row 1500 metres
FOOTBALL/BASKETBALL – 5 penalty shots at each
ENDURANCE – 5 x 1 minute sessions on various machines with reps being counted.

*****LUNCH BREAK 12.30 -1.30 *******

AFTERNOON SESSION IN OUTDOOR ARENA

DIPS AND SQUAT THRUSTS – Nos counted
100 METRE SPRINTS – Guest runner Jenny Meadows
SHOT PUT - Balls sized upon body weight
1 MILE RUN – Guest runner Haley Jones

Confirmed competitors are Jamie Moore , Michael Gomez ,Martin Murray , Paul Keir , Alex Matvienko , Brian Rose , Jack Armfield , Lee Jennings , Mike Robinson , Jon Kays , Stuart McFadyen - others to be confirmed.
