Guys from pretty much the same era and close to the same weight class, place them in order for me as to who was the best?

Kennedy McKinney
Tracy Harris Patterson
Tom Johnson
Kevin Kelley

This is interesting. They are all relatively close. They had some exciting fights. Here is what I will go with:
1. McKinney
2. Jones
3. Patterson
4. Kelley
5. Johnson
