If So, Credit where its Due to Khan for Stopping this Fella.

You Can Argue all you want about him "Padding" his Record, but A Most Fighters like Hatton Padded their records good before taking it to the next level.

17 Fights, progressing quite nicely IMO.

There as many negatives as there are positives with Khan.

There are plenty of fighters who moved quicker than this, fellow medallists i mean

that said, i dont think he has been moved slowly for a Brit, but in Yank terms it would be slow

Fantastic performance by Khan.

British boxing is really looking up now, with David Haye, Joe Calzaghe & Amir himself.

Thankfully Amir is young & the best is yet to come. :box: :box:

Maybe Khan can catch the Hatton train before it leaves if he keeps up the pace.

Even though Hatton Vs Witter has been talked about more in boxing circles, Hatton Vs Khan would be HUGE in average Joe Soap punter circles.

Or maybe a Kahn V Witter fight as an eliminator to fight Hatton.

I would be a happy Witter fan if Witter-Khan was made

As soon as witter breaks through that leaky defence, Khan gets sparked. No chance in hell he can deal with Junior. what's Khan gonna do? Outbox him for 12?

Can't see where Khan is going , to be honest.

Match him too "low" and people will say that he is just being padded.

I like the guy, but he seems to have a mass appeal that his boxing ability may struggle to keep up with.

Amazing how much mass appeal you can get if people ignore you being really up yourself and running people over on crossings!!!

I have been saying this for ages. If Khan can stay busy and keep winning this would make an ideal last fight for Hatton after Mayweather 2. I am pretty certain Ricky wouldn't turn down the massive payday either.
I'd like to see Khan against Rees, although Gavin might not be the biggest puncher, he does have good speed and work rate, and I think could give Khan a few problems. Now that Rees has lost the title I am sure Warren would put this fight together.

Khan would knock Rees out early, imo.

As soon as Khan fights a credible opponent with a knockout record that eclipses single digits he's outta there.

Khan needs to have an international referee for his next fight. The Kristjansen fight wasnt the first time that he hit his opponent while they were down. If he fights in the US or other places he might get DQed very quickly, he really needs to stop this bad habbit.

agreed... we all know Micky Vann is Warrens personal referee...
to not even deduct a point (even though we all knew that it wouldn't matter) was a disgrace.

Got my goat that the commentators made light of it too; 'oh he was already throwing a combination and couldn't stop' - shut up, he waited a second and then threw it. My mrs loves watching Khan solely in the home he gets annihilated. I keep telling her before every fight 'no point in watching this one, this oppo couldn't knock out a wank'

Anyone who knew anything about Kristjansen knew he had little chance against Khan. Mickey Vann is an awful referee.

Absolutely, it said it all that the commentators did their best to gloss over the fact that he was a really weak puncher and hadn't stopped anyone.
