It looks like this fight is happening, so how does it go down? Will Mayweather be braver and more aggressive from the offset. Does Hatton have the ability to make the adjustments defensively (guard/head movement) & offensively (a jab) to put himself in the fight? Will more clinching and inside work help Hatton? Will Hatton be more intimidated or not believe he can win and just try to survive the 12?

And will you pay £15 for it all?

I don't think it will happen because I think Hatton will lose to Malignaggi. However if it does, it is hard to see it going any other way than before. People underestimate Mayweather on the inside and I doubt Hatton can change enough to beat him.
I'd probably pay to see it, but realistically there is only one guy Floyd should be facing and it ain't Hatton

Hatton loses by stoppage. Rickys Dad could ref it, wouldnt make much difference.

I think Mayweather wins easier second time around. He's already had 10 rounds to figure out Hatton therefore knows more going into the second fight than he did going into the first. I don't really see what Hatton can do differently. Mayweather was beating him on the inside (when they had a chance to fight there) in the first fight so I really don't see how Hatton can win. He's clearly not going to outbox him. Mayweather in 7-8 rounds.

To answer the question.....very lucratively.

I think Hatton may do a little better with a neutral ref, but I cannot see him winning. 118-114 Mayweather.

If the rematch does happen, both Hatton & Mayweather will be highly compensated.

Hatton still has to box Lacanzo & win, then face Malignaggi. I expect Hatton to beat his next opponent, who nomally campaigns at a lower weight division than LWW.

Malignaggi would not be an easy fight for Ricky imo. It's no secret that Paulie would have to try to keep things on the outside, box Hatton, rather than trade with him.

On Hatton-Mayweather 2, the only reason there's a chance of the rematch happening, is because Joe Cortez refereed the first fight. Imagine if this was not the case, what type of excuse, if any, could Hatton use for his only loss to date?

I'm a Hatton fan, but Mayweather was too good on Dec 8th, & he'll be too good for Hatton when/if fight two takes place.

If the fight happens - Mayweather will mash Ricky a lot sooner than the first fight.

Hatton gets knocked out worse than the last time.

I will laugh more than I did the 1s time.

I agree that Mayweather got the better of the inside fighting last time so can't see what Hatton can do to change things.

I don't want to see this fight anyway. De La Hoya 2 I would be quite interested in but it pales next to a matchup with Cotto.

Hatton will lose again but maybe make it to the final bell this time. I wont pay, I wont buy anymore Hatton events. I hope he loses to Malignaggi and and then the fight wont happen. Then maybe PBF will fight Cotto instead, a fight I do want to see.

Malanaggi is a bloody hard fight for Hatton.

You can see the fight plan already - malanaggi will box try to be clever - where as Hatton will try to bully his way into the fight.

The Ref would be important here!!

Don't think Malignaggi has a chance agsinst Hatton. His style may confuse Hatton but he's not strong enough in my opinion. He was awful in in last fight.

Hatton v Mayweather? Would be disappointed if this happened again. Only one winner. They are leagues apart.
