what is the point in Greenberg, I remember the BBC did a preview of him and some American (Bert Sugar I think) quted "He will be the first Billion pound fighter".

It's on! Unbeaten Roman Greenberg steps up against former world heavyweight title challenger David Tua on July 12.
Greenberg, a London-based Israeli, is still only 25 (just a baby by heavyweight standards) and has been nursed along carefully in seven years and 27 wins as a pro. Perhaps he turned pro too early (at 19). He is ineligible to fight for a British title and heavyweights have nowhere to hide; boxing fans have grown impatient with the mollycoddling. At some point, however, Greenberg has to fight someone. That point is most definitely now. Tua, a 35-year-old Samoan with just three losses in 53 fights (one draw), goes back to the days of Ike Ibeabuchi, who outscored him in a 12-rounder in Sacramento in 1997. Ibeabuchi never lost a fight but went off the rails and remains incarcerated; a Sonny Liston in reverse.
Anyway, it was Tua's first loss (after 27 emphatic wins) and he rebuilt to a heavyweight title shot at Lewis in Las Vegas in 2000 but was soundly outboxed and even headbutted a corner post in the dying moments when Lewis, whose footwork was on a par with The Mummy's, sidestepped him.

Tua came again, was outscored by the horrible Chris Byrd, held to a 12-round draw by Hasim Rahman in a second controversial meeting between them (Tua won the first), shrugged off terrible managerial problems and has won seven on the spin since Rahman, although his heyday is clearly behind him and he could be ready to go.
You know, Greenberg is a good boxer, with good movement - and just because he hasn't fought anyone doesn't mean he cannot fight. He looks a small heavy, however - Tua is also small but built like a tug - and doesn't look to have a great dig (crucial at heavy). "Terminator" Tua has taken out 42 opponents with that left hook of his. Victims include John Ruiz and Michael Moorer (both one round) Nate Tubbs (three), Rahman (10), Oleg Maskaev (11) and several other 'names' a world away from Greenberg's opponents. Ominously, Greenberg has been down as a pro.

Roman Greenburg is just coming from a hand injury - he is definitely fighting on 12 Jul 08 in Ukraine and David Tua will be fighting on the same bill but they are NOT fighting each other.

greenberg is more of a joke than jd chapman...put together !

I've been actually quite impressed with Tua since his contractual problems seem behind him. Tua vs Wlad is one of the most natural fights out there. Tua has looked in good shape recently.
