Witter "The Better the opponent, the better I perform

“Bradley is a top opponent and the better opponent the better I perform”
Junior Witter is looking forward to impressing a big TV audience in the next defence of his WBC light-welterweight title at the Trent FM Arena Nottingham on Saturday, 10th May.
Witter (Bradford, England) is aiming to end the undefeated record of mandatory challenger Timothy Bradley (Palm Springs, USA) in the third defence of his prestigious world title on a Hennessy Sports in association with GoldenPalace.com show that also features WBC Super Middleweight mandatory challenger Carl Froch.
After knocking out former world champion Vivian Harris (Guyana/USA) in his last fight in September, Witter is looking to produce another brilliant performance in front of the ITV1 (UK) and ShoBox Special (USA) cameras for a watching television audience on both sides of the Atlantic.
He said: "It’s a great chance for me to show a wider audience what I can do, and I intend to grab that opportunity and show the world I’m the best light-welterweight in boxing right now.”
"Some people who will have perhaps heard of me but not seen me box will get the chance to see me in action for the first time and they won’t be disappointed.”
"Bradley is a top opponent and the better opponent the better I perform… just ask Vivian Harris. Bradley has got a great knockout ratio as his record suggests, so I expect him to be aggressive and he will come to fight, which is just how I like them.”
"After seeing me box in front of a massive TV audience both in the UK and the States, once I do a job on Bradley even more people will be asking: why won’t Ricky Hatton fight Junior Witter?"
Tickets can be purchased from Trent FM Arena Nottingham 24hr Ticket Hotline on 08444 124 624

Come on Witter - use he tactics you used against Harris, walk him down and then throw some punches - knock this boy out!
Tump him down!

sounds like he wont be performing then.
I don't think witter can ever get that unification fight, theres just no financial incentive for anyone. damn shame, we all know he is more than capable of beating hatton.

I heard he had his best performances in Frank Warrens Garden, but old Fwank, kept his promise and know we will never know....

Witter just has to fight as many time as he can for the next 18months 0 2 years and make as much money as he can.
Then, when he retires he should go round Hattons house and rob him.
In fact, maybe he should take a tv crew from ITV round to Hatton house and call him out.

Wouldn't it be good if JW knocked on the door on Hattons upcoming reality show and presented him with a chicken

You didn't see Hatton fight a fresh champion when he was green, It was a close fight too.

Too right
I don't think he'd even get in the ring with him now never mind when he was inexperienced and at a few days notice like Junior did.

Exactly!
The Witer haters ( HitmanHatton1 and The PocketLesbian) both know Hatton would not fight Judah with 5 months notice!

Hatton would get knocked out by Judah, any Hatton you care to pick and any Judah IMO

That is why HATTON has never mentioned Judah name.
Judah is a not a real Welter, Hatton would get more respecct if he fought Judah instead of Lazcano or a fighter caled Pacman who started off as a Superfly!

Judah would knock Hatton out, and earlier than Floyd. Not because he's better than Floyd of course, it's just a style thing.
If Hatton could last up until the 6th round however, I'd give him a chance.

I doubt Hatton would hear the bell for the 4th!
