Arthur with a WBO belt, I see fights against Matthews, Mitchell and Cook on the horizon. With WBO fighters not having to fight mandatories all that often, SN could monopolise that belt for quite a while.

Who is next in line in the WBO rankings? Surely they shouldn't just give him the belt

Doesn't Arthur just get the title given to him, given that he fought for the Interim and then trained for Guzman who pulled out?

Anyway, a rematch with Steve Foster Jr would be nice; even though it's hardly a world level fight it's a cracking matchup.

Humberto Soto would be a great title defence. Soto is better than he looked vs Guzman and has no one to fight because Marquez and Pac are moving up.

Warren did say there was going to be a great era of British boxers between feather/super feather and maybe lightweight. If it takes a WBO belt to bring the fights on, I suppose that's alright.

If Arthur keeps winning he'll have to fight a good international opponent if someone good fights to the mandatory position

Guzman doesn't seem to fit into any weight class. He'll come unstuck.

Soon he'll probably be fighting Ricky Hatton. At least Hatton would then be 1-1 vs the Mayweather style.

They're still established names, though, and add glitz to the division. Even if Marco only has one more fight. I don't think Casamayor is done, he just fought a very under-rated fighter, and has at least another year left in him.

Is there anything else on the way up at super feather? I've not been looking recently.

Most are established Feathers like John, Guerrero, Linares and Solis. I like the look of Martinez and Salgado, but neither have been tested yet. Dib can go fck himself. I hate him.

So there's definitely the potential of the big name feathers moving up one day - basically the last great era of feathers - Morales, Barrera, Pac, Marquez - kept on moving up in weight as they got older or chased big fights.

If Arthur was going to be such an easy fight for him , as Guzman had been going around saying then why wouldn't he have come over and picked up some easy money.

He still wanted to fight on the original date as soon as his Visa came through, the Visa was just used as an excuse to cancel and piss Guzman about

Why was Guman so quiet re the Visa issue and let it get to the point that the fight is postponed?

Well thats the point Auto, Guzman said he was still ready to fight on the date and we know Arthur was about to pull out anywhere because of injury and weight making. I think SN knew if they pissed Guzman about he'd move up to lightweight where the big fights are
