Maybe he believes that sex weakens the chin..... HE must've been shagging 12 girls a night before he fought Calvin Grove and 30 girls a night before he fought Phillip Holiday.....

You can almost believe it with Fenech too!

He was a marauding ball of testoetrone in his pomp: uncomprimisingly aggressive - a throw back to Terry McGovern or Jack Dempsey from bygone eras.

The fact that Azumah Nelson stood him on his head in the rematch in front of 45,000 of his Aussie faithful must have rankled with Fenech for years.

Any idea what weight this rematch will be made at? Fenech blew up in weight once retired (unsurprisingly) and would do well to get to welter I would have thought at his advanced age.

It might be 'car crash tv' in the making but I doubt I will be able to resist this seniors tour style event.

Fenech's style always relied on a stout chin in lieu of defence and a high work rate. Surely Nelson's style will better suit a senior citizen and therefore give him the edge?

any reason for your dislike of him?..

he wears his heart on his sleeve and is a straight talker so I can see why some find him abrasive but I always enjoyed watching him fight personally.

Always thought Fenech should have given it one more fight after the Phillips Holiday loss..... I remember one of the members of BM watched him work out, and he was so impressive that they put him in the top ten just on form in the gym.

Always thought he just got caught damn cold against Holiday.

What a fighter in his pomp.

Although I won't really forgive that B/S he came with before and after Tyson vs McBride.

I met him in Australia as well, he was a good bloke , seeing as me and my mate were a bit worse for wear after a day out, he chatted with us for a while. and was a good laugh
