I'm guessing its Kennedy McKinney as he won a gold medal but it looks a lot like Kelcie Banks, although he lost his first fight by KO so a strange one to have in the video?. Could be Banks before the fight started I guess?

Here's the USA 1988 Olympic team. It obviouly isn't Roy Jones or those heavier than him, or Carbajal or Foster because they are not black.

So by the process of elimination its either Johnson, McKinney, Banks, Ellis or Gould.
