I thought about buying the Mundine PPV just because i love boxing but at 49.95 foxtel is kidding itself.

i will be buying the fenech fight, the card probably will be better, i would pay to watch mundine if he was fighting an equal

yeah mate he prob will but ure acting like its a certainty...u never know ppv figures till AFTER the evnt

kiwis actually pay a lot less than us. for eg, pavlick lockett next weekend is only 24.95 over there (on sky sports nz box office)...over here it would be 39.95, but main event australia have decided not to show it.

oh yeah we (australiuan boxing public) are so naive we actually pay $50 to watch mundine. this is more than double what living in the uk i would pay for mass events like tyson-holy 2, lewis-tyson, hamed-barerra, pbf-dlh...all these evnts are between 9.99pounds and 16.95 pounds.

Fenech sounds like he is in good shape, I read in our local paper today that he is already down to 66 kgs and is in excellent condition. He said he is sparring with StClair and sharpening his skills.

i will be buying the fight. The wouldn't pay to watch mundine punch himself

The fight is listed as being at junior middleweight. If Fenech can make 66kg (145.5lb), how fat is Nelson?

Doctors are calling for the fight to be scrapped .I can see where they're coming from, surely at their age the risks are much higher than when they were in their primes (and as usual, the docs have called for boxing to be banned altogether)
