Anthony Small by TKO in the 8th. Couple of good body shots.

Any more details Asterix? Was it close before that point or was Small in the driving seat all the way?

It was a reasonably comfortable win for Small. He wasn't as sharp as he should be, which he blamed on ring rust. He also said he is suffering from hay fever. George Katsimpas is a tough guy and put up a good fight but was just outclassed.

NB: I missed bits of the fight so might have missed something.

Kell Brook just beat Barrie Jones. The towel was thrown in.

Brook is a very likeable guy.

Small didn't look great, same as usual really ... patches of brilliance marred by patches of sloppiness, getting caught too often.

Did anyone else catch an undercard fight involving a fella by the name of Walsh? Seemed a crowd favourite ... fu*k knows why, what a disgrace, I know you're supposed to defend yourself at all times, and this is a brutal sport .... but when your opponent offers you his glove to touch, you dont pretend to touch gloves and follow-through with a sucker overhand right. That's just not cricket mon. Was hoping the other fella would spark him, shame he didn't.

Michael Walsh made me feel angry. Him and his supporters are not the kind of people I'm happy to be associated with boxing. I used to live near them and most people there are like that.

Anyone else turn over when it comes to the Small interviews. I didn't like Naz, but I would watch - Small just makes me laugh AT him and turn off. Its embarrising, and he can't sing.

Not impressed with him last night, would have to tip Rhodes to beat him, but Small has the power to maybe hurt Rhodes.

Small showed some good skills and guts to win by stoppage. a fight against Rhodes would be excellent, and would make a very competitive match up. slight edge to rhodes maybe, but will go all the way to points I think.

What I am is not relevant to this discussion. The Walsh's wouldn't know of me and I didn't know of them until I found out about them by watching TV, years after I left Norfolk. Let's get back to discussing the boxers, OK?

i watched michael and he is far too arrogant. i personaly cant wait for him to get knocked out, which i feel will happen if he continues to drop his hands like that!!

With out trying to seem bias I'm reallyy looki g forward to Matty hall doing his kid being a friend of mine I'm going rd three IMO

Small vs Hall will be a cracker im going with Hall by mid KO Small has only ever stepped it up once against Pryce and lost i think Hall will be to tough for him and but should be a good fight

Ill go for Small in this one. Late stoppage, tho' Hall is a very good fighter. Just think Small will be very accurate and sharp.
