Ever shed a tear when you fighter got mashed down?

I was gutted when Richard Williams lost the fights to Sergio Martinez - not tears from DG, but it was not a good day.


So, ever shed a tear? Sounds daft but I know people who have, bloody poofs!

Ali losing to Spinks and Graham losing to Kalumbay (1st time) both devestated me at the times :(

I heard James Wilson cried for a week when Audley was beaten!

When Tyson was getting beat by lewis I felt like crying. Though it was PPV I was about to go upstairs when he got knocked out

Nearly cried when Manuel Medina was giving Naz all manner of grief and looked close to getting him out of there, but thankfully my macho front was held together by our lad landing a bomb. I then left the arena and poled four super models, confident in my manhood and that all was right in the world.

I very nearly cried when Haye was put on wobbly legs against Mormeck, but when Haye landed that right, I nearly cried tears of joy. Oh, that was a good night.

Yes, I had to look away when Naz was almost being decapitated by MM. He elicited mixed emotions, did The Prince: on the one hand, you hoped to see the cocky little bugger taught a lesson; on the other, you wanted - illogically - to believe he was invincible. It was a sad day when MAB undressed Hamed in front of millions, but I didn't shed a tear. The better fighter won. Now Holmes and Berbick beating the shell of Ali... that's a different matter.

Iv cried many times, but not when Audley got beaten by Williams. I had two fit black birds on my left during that fight and two members of the BNP on my right so I was more fearing it was gonna kick off with me getting caught in the middle of it all.

Jim McDonnell getting smashed by Kenny Vice at the Albert Hall was really upsetting. Vice was massive and hurting him with everything he threw. Bad bad knockout, I was in shock. I then left the arena and poled four super models, confident in my manhood and that all was right in the world.

I never cried but I was close to it when JCC retired on his stool against Wiley, a man he would have destroyed in his prime.

Never cried, but been extremely pissed when Jones was KOed by Tarver.

Nobody is admitting to crying here!

I second that! During the first round, Lewis was doing a fair bit of holding & leaning on Mike. I was shouting at the TV for the referee to not allow Lewis to do this. My shouting never helped in any case!

I cried when Dennis Andries lost to Tommy Hearns. I was 14 or 15 at the time so that
can be excused!

I cried when Barry lost to Steve Cruz - but I was only 5.

I also shed a tear (aswell as displeasure) when Bomber Graham lost to Brewer and was close to tears when the ref stopped Eubank vs Thompson II.

But, I cried like a baby when Ray Gravell died.

I cried when Rocky lost..

Cried after Chico beat Castillo, and a few other occassions when a fighter I've followed for a long time has had their back to the wall and things are looking grim, but somehow manages to summon the courage (and sometimes skill) to triumph over the direst of adversity. The moments that make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up and remind you what the human spirit is capable of.

That sounds a bit poncy, but that's what does it for me.

I rooted for Kevin Kelley on the radio when he decked Naz cos Naz was so cocky as you state........then when he put him on his bum again I thought shit, Naz is actually getting a hiding here and my allegiances quickly went back to the Sheffielder. I have since decided I think he's a tit with no class, which is to detract nothing from his amazing abilityin the ring. He should have gone back to the drawing board and had another go at Barrera if he thought he was that good. I'm not sure he'd have ever beaten Barerra as even if he'd boxed him when he was looking invincible Barerra would have been equally as fresh in the legs.

I was crushed when James Toney had his win over John Ruiz reversed, plus was stung by his second Rahman fight but close to tears? Last time I cried was during the final 20 minutes of 'Brokeback Mountain' but I can be forgiven for that as it pulls on the heart strings.

Rubbish. LAst time you cried was when Bubba Smith rammed you up the arse uninvited in 'D' Wing showers....
