Yes congratulations are in order, he's still young and hopefully has a successful career in front of him.

He looked good in victory. I'm looking forward to seeing him fight someone who presents more of a challenge to him. Well done, Kell.

And as I said before, he also seems like a nice guy.

I think its a joke that kev was stripped, kell shouldnt have the belt and until he beats kevin he isnt the champ..

Well, he is in a weight class with a lot of quality potential match ups, lets hope to see some keen contests and exciting fights from him in the future!

And I really hope that future doesn't involve terms such as "Intercontinental" and "WBU."

Seriously, though, a decent fighter, I look forward to some cracking domestic match ups.

First of all Im not his sister or any relation come to that, Just his no1 fan. Yes I am over the moon, Hes had a struggle getting a title fight and Im really pleased he won he deserves it.

Yes it was a good night, there was no party at my place as I was at the fight where I met Ryan Rhodes and Dave Coldwell come to mention it. Who are really nice guys but I did have a few drinks in a pub to celebrate.

Good to see the young lad win,but tbh apart from being a bit more mature and stronger his boxing ability has not improved since leaving the Ingle camp.If he intends to keep hold of the title and move on to bigger and better things he needs new direction.He was tagged a few times by Jones who really was in there just to make up the fight,I think McIntyre would have had enough ringcraft to keep away from Brook early on and out box him then take him into the championship rounds where Brook would have faded.Brook will have to improve rapidly over the next few months,hopefully he wont sit back and think I am the champ the hard work is done.The hard work is just begining.
Congratulations though nice to see some fresh young talent coming through.

Brook boxed well and Jones is one tough guy. Hopefully either Tony Doherty (what was he scuffling about the ring for, after the bout??) or McIntyre will be next.

I can't find any clips of him fighting on youtube (perhaps because when you type in Kell Brook in there you just get the model turned actress) can anyone point me to some he sounds interesting.

Same problem here mate, a few months back the girlfriend came in and caught me watching Kelly Brook vids.

Brook is ok but like someone said, McIntyre and Thompson would be really tough tests for him. Let him enjoy his moment though....
