Any comments, criticisms or P4P lists are very welcome.
I apologize for the delay this month; my computer is messed up.

I figure I'll save you some time, get the usual debate out of the way: Scott Harrison. How is he still in your list? How can you possibly judge his ability when he hasn't fought for so long? Did Wayne McCullough not teach you anything?
Seriously, why are you so pigheaded about Harrison? Nobody is going to denigrate your way of ranking fighters if you drop Harrison. Why not drop him, and bring him back in when he does fight?

Ok a couple of points, i'd have Maccarinelli above Froch, Munroe a bit lower, Khan a bit lower, Duddy much lower, Harrison off, Dunne a bit lower, Skelton off, Napa a bit higher, Lynes a bit higher and Jennings a fair bit higher. Apart from that, spot on mate

Jennings has dropped two places?
And how was Pryce not in the top 20 months ago.

How the hell are Witter and Woods so high given their ages and poor (losing) performances in their last two fights?

More importantly how did Elcock go up 4 places for a stoppage on cuts against a fighter that wasn't even listed.

I think Colin Lynes being at 21 is a bit harsh.

Would put Haye above Hatton at the moment.
Dunne's Irish so I wouldn't count him In that list.

Good list mate, although like everyone says, Scott Harrison stands out.

I aggree Haye above Hatton, Haye has cleaned up a devision in a much more styalish manner.
I also think that Khan is artificially high I don't see what he has done to be rated higher than Elcock for eg who beat eastman or Rees even particularly baring the gomez fight in mind.

Bradley Pryce rises to 24 by beating Portman.
Rhodes beats Woolcombe, who beat Portman to become British Champ and there's no place for him.
I give up.
McCullough should be back in - he says he fights on.
If you want to be a comedian over an unlicensed boxer in your rankings then so can I.
In last month's list you justified Rhodes failure to make it because you did not regard Woolcombe as a scalp worth having.
So go on then, why is Portman's scalp more deserving than Woolcombe's ?

You won't get a logical answer.
How can Witter be in the same position when he had his arse handed to him? The same goes for Woods. He is pretty much finished now.
Jennings? And I agree Rhodes should at least be in the twenties....
I can guarantee Harrison will still be in this list in a year's time, even if he hasn't fought. He'll be at number 24 or something.

On the subject of Pryce he should be way higher than that looking at his performances in the last 12 months.
What the hell has Bernard Dunne achieved, he should be way behind some of the guys behind him?
Jennings at 30 is ludicrous.

Dunne was euro champ and he is Irish so shouldnt be on the list as is duddy.

personally i would have haye above hatton, harrison off the list, and alex arthur a bit lower, i think arthur is a poor so called 'world champion'. junior witter could drop a couple of places too, froch definastely should be above arthur.
have you based your list on titles the fighters currently hold, or do you think the likes of arthur are actually better boxers than froch and jamie moore etc?

Cant be based on titles Rhino.
On that basis Rhodes would be above Moore ........ and before you bite, no I'm not saying he should be !

Isnt Duddy from Belfast?
Which is part of UK, no?

Even if Duddy and Dunne were from Woking, they still shouldn't be that high up.
Both decent fighters, but not that deserving. This list baffles me.......every month.

No hes from derry and geographically he may be from the uk but he is most definatley Irish he can choose to be Irish.

I used to see a girl from Derry, great place, but fucked up.
Duddy is a crowd pleaser and he counts himself as Irish, but this list is so mental I'm surprised Alexis Arguello isn't on it.

Disagree Hook partially anyway.
Duddy DESERVES to be ranked #1 Middleweight in the UK.... his wins are as good, if not better, than Elcocks - and as impressive fashion. And he is undefeated. Whether he deserves to be #13 is a bit open, but he deserves to be higher than Elcock.
Dunne is an ex EBU champion, although the form line of Pickering since, should hinder that recongition.
Jennings should be above Pryce.

Me too, in many ways
1) That he bothers to do it every month (Shall we all now post our own top 30's each month?) 2) The seemingly arbitrary placing of fighters outside the top 10 and 3) That anyone bothers to talk about what is, in essence, a list of 1 "man's" favorite fighters..

I don't know why I am so being so pigheaded about Harrison. I will drop him from September's list unless something significant happens as far as Harrison fighting again goes.

I think Skelton has got to be in the top 30 as he is the consensus No. 1 heavyweight in Britain. I think the rest of your points are reasonable enough though, and I kind of agree with you about Napa and Jennings. Thank you Lenny, you are a good man.
