rahman deserved the nod in the 1st fight though.

Thought Toney won the first one close because he landed the cleaner shots but he's slipped so bad he's losing to the likes of Sam Peter.

Actually Max, Hasim looked bloody awful against Zuri Lawrence in his last fight, so I think it's a close fight for who's worse (Toney also looked awful against Batchelder).

Whoever wins, it's a bloody sad state of affairs.

Put it this way, i'd much rather watch this fight than Wlad/Thompson as at least you got some real boxing skills on show plus Some great trash talking between Rahman and Toney

Toney is 226lbs , his lightest in a good few years, though Rahman still wins on points for me.

I say that Rahman is more washed up than James.

JT gets a good write up from dougie fischer on max today, and he does look good sparring in the video. Then again Rahman could look good too but theres no info on Rock.

Shame no clear conclusion to this, to at least eliminate one of these two veterans from the mix. Either way, I hope both are back fighting quickly, neither are 2 fights a year superstars anymore.

Rahman's best form was when he fought frequently.

I maintain he's underachieved outside one knockout of Lewis.

He had the tools to have caused big WK plenty of problems. Tall, strong, thudding jab and a big right.
