Warrrrren lets himself down with his attitude to anybody he doesn't represent. He doesn't seem very patriotic in this regard. If you're not part of his stable he wants you to lose. If you were once part of his stable he wants you to lose heavily.

It's a real blind spot for him. And one which contributes to the lack of goodwill afforded to him by many.

Bet you enjoyed reporting this one Ian :)

I can understand Frank being bitter, and more than anything else, hurt.

But it's the way the game operates, he is well aware of that with some of his actions in the past.

Shame this thread title didn't read...

"Calzaghe hits Warren"

Fwanky is a tool of the highest order.
I noticed he slated the "chinny" Hayemaker again the other day for not fighting Matt Skelton.

Calling Haye chinny, when he bloody well promotes Khan.

Its not just that Warren gets vindictive the moment anyone has the nerve to leave, its that his lawsuits seem so goddam flimsy. He had no signed contract with Hatton - even he acknowledged that - but still went ahead with a legal action. Similiarly, the lawyers in South Wales might not be the best in the world but even they can advise a client when he is out of contract and is a free agent. I predict this Warren lawsuit goes the way of the Hatton one.

Most of us use the law to enforce our rights, as a last resort as we hate the threat of lawyers. Then there are some 'businessmen' who use the legal system to get something they have no right to precisely because they know the rest of us hate the threat of lawyers.

The most clear cut lawsuit I think Warren was involved with was the breach of contract one with Don King where King absolutely trounced him and rightly so.

Hope Joe does a number on him (and doesn't pull out of the court proceedings with a wrist injury)

Yeah! haha who wants to see that fight. I mean Skelton has a terrible style. There are far more interesting fights out there for Haye.

Not even the mighty Warren can slay Calzaghe, even though I'm getting bored of Joe, he will still slay FW.

I think Skelton's Inside fighting would be a decent test for Haye still.

I am bored hearing and watching him at the moment, he's close to retiring and doing a seniors tour with the likes of Hopkins and Jones even though he's better than that.

No boxers to be Interested In at the moment even though I still watch the fights.

Because he hasn't fought at Heavyweight yet. I don't get Impressed with a mouth until they do what they say they will do.

Like I said, I still watch the fights on TV but not Interested solely In ones career at the moment.

You may not be impressed with him yet, and he has a lot do do to prove himself at heavy, but surely his career must interest you

He said he was going to unify the cruisers...and he did.

As Huge Johnson has just said, he was very impressive at Cruiserweight and he backed all his BIG claims by unifying the division.

Didn't he smash Tomasz Bone-on at heavy in one round? And he was supposedly a WBC top ten heavy (I know, I know...)

Haye was an exellent cruiser and was glad he became champ like everyone else, but I'm waiting till he fights first. I don't care about their mouths until they back It up.

Yeah Bonin was No 11 and he shouldn't of, before Haye his best name was Audley and he was stopped by him. Thats what I don't like about Haye and Booth they might justify an easy touch just because the guys rating In one of the big 3. Their even saying It will be someone who has a top In the big 3.

Just that Calzaghe's close to retiring and having some money fights against seniors so I have no Interest In him at the moment. I watched Cotto Vs Margarito but fighters who have wars don't Interest me.

All fighters do that, JC made a career of fighting bums with a decent WBO rank. I don't think Haye can be accused of targetting easy-touches either.

You're a strange old boy Max

You obviously misread me, I didn't say Haye has had easy touches(well Bonin was, so they didn't mess up the cruiser shots which was right to do). What I said was he could use a ranking to justify an easy touch like they used Bonin being WBC 11 to justify that fight. Audley was WBC 14 as well at one time and he's an easy touch for a top fighter.

JC did fight alot but he also fought alot of good opponents too.

Yet you thought Enzo Macca was backing up his talk?
I didn't think that at all or say that.
