Quite.

Although im a big leapai fan i didnt think he would catch Azzaoui, Thought he would be too quick on foot and get away from him all night.
I guess he made the mistake of starting slow against a big puncher and copped it.
Best of luck to both fighters, this will do wonders for leapai's credit, but unfortunately I cant see it doing much for Azzaoui.
If leapai can get into gear i could see him getting a top 10 ranking within the next 5 fights
Just my $2 worth

didn't see the fight, but the only thing i noticed is that this is only Azzaoui's second fight at Heavy. It might be all the difference.

He's really a 90kg cruiser, but weighed heavier 'cos of the heavy opponents in his last 2 bouts.
I think $$$ did the thinking last night. IMO, he shouldn't have taken the fight

Glad he did, well done Leapai, i guess this means if leapai can account for next opponent on Dicarlo' card, he might get a shot at the winner of Wilson v Briggs for the OPBF title again.

Imo he could beat wilson if he applied constant pressure early and didnt allow wilson to jab away from him.
Wilson isn't known for his love of a hard training session and anyone who has ever caught him with a decent body shot has had him in trouble. Leapai might work on that if he gets another shot.

agreed, If you hit to the body constantly against Wilson, he does slow up. Leapai looking good.

ain't that the truth. :TU:

they don't have weeks of training for the tents, just a couple of quick beers. :P no disrespect to big Col either, he's a man who walks his own path.

Nah no disrespect at all im actually a big fan of Colin Wilson, the fact that he has won an australian title a couple of times and defended it succesfully against decent opposition and also fighting some world class talent, on nothing more than natural ability Well Thats True Blue :TU:
