Lads Im trying to find out the name of a film that I seen on bbc years ago. It was I think an educational movie about heroin. Ive searched everywhere to try and find the name of this film.
Here are somethings I remember about it:
Its english.
I think it was made in the mid 80s.
Its based around 4 adolesnse ,2 of which were lured into taking heroin by the others as they thought looked up to them.
There are two do gooders that try to stop the influeced girl to stop, ironically it was them that brought her to the party where she was introduced to heroin
They attempt to give up heroin numerous times but fail leading them to go to the country far from the temptations of the city
It had a one word title ( I think).
One of the girls has a baby but remains taking heroin to the disgust of her freinds
I know i havnt to much info there but I you throw out some names I will remember the name as soon as I read it.

Scully, Prospects and One Summer were all absolute class. When I was that age.
Bet they have suffered somewhat in the interim.

You can get the Prospects series on ebay for just over a fiver.

Worth it for the opening credits song alone. Christ, life was easier then.

But was it though?
Too f*cking right it was.
I remember me and a mate of mine developed a sort of 'uber-Prospects' handshake which 'impressed' our schoolmates. The lad in question has just been divorced and his little brother banged up. Ah, I bet he wishes for those days more than I do!

The song hits me between the eyes every time. Sung by the Mungo Jerry bloke.
We had a Prospects cult at school. If you didn't watch it you were a Fresh Fields/Ever Decreasing Circles nerd.

I remember Smudger, with Lenny Henry I think. That was about smack, or crack. or both.
