I'd like to hear all the first hand stories you all might have on the king of grilling himself.

I had a 5 sec.[haha] "conversation" with George in '96 in New York. He was in a hurry, but was friendly enough to excuse himself for not having time. He quickly posed to let me take his picture though. He seemed to be a nice guy, not arrogant. 8)
