Yeh, I would like to think that nathan briggs can get up in this one but i just feel that wilson will weather his storm and try to gas him then lay on the punishment.
If briggs mixes it up in the first 3 rounds with good speed and a good body attack he has a good chance.
But if he trys to outbox wilson for any longer then 5 id say wilson will end it when he gets tired.

I heard Nathan has been looking good, since Paul has been helping him out lately.
Nathan KO.

neither guy has a high enough workrate to warrant huge interest in this one....couple of dinosaurs plodding around waiting for a mistake.......bring on dominator.

Briggs looks fit in that photo.
I think Wilson wins by stoppage, again.
Watching the card on Foxsports now...
good friday nights entertainment.

That guy keeps holding on to Alex Leapai.. i would of DQ'd him along time ago.
That ref keeps saying things like "get out of it"..
wtf, he should be saying break, not that.

I agree,,that fight just got my GF all frustrated..
"why does he keep doing that..."
I think he should have been DQ'd too.

Wilson looks a tad fleshy.

AT round 7 its clear that Paul is a positive influence in Nathans
corner. Collin is most certainly past his best, but can absorb
good shots and still has a good amount of thump in his shots.

Nathan did such a good job. That cut looked nasty. Good fight for both
guys.

Nathan was great tonight. A comprehensive victory. He pivoted off his left foot well, good advise from brother Paul, who also did a better than expected job with the cut.
I would like to see Nathan fight Mirovic or Haumono next. I think with Paul in his corner, hes in with a very good chance of a win.

Agreed, and he stuck to a game plan and worked well
behind that jab..he kept his head moving and adjusting
enough so as not to be a target.
Fun fight to watch.

Nathan listened to Paul, jab then move abit then jab again, thats good too see.
I think Nathan should fight the winner of Mirovic - Hoppa..

it does seem like the logical next fight so hopefully it does happen.
as long as they don't expect us to pay $50 too.

Which ticket price did you see for $50?
I am happy for people to complain about pricing but when you have it wrong i have to defend ACE Boxing - of which i am a business partner in.
If you prepurchased a GA ticket it was $35
If you bought them at the door it was $40.
Next time get in early and save and enjoy some great live fights.
Cheers

i was talking about when these lower fights are on tv. then when u have the same price to watch hatton vs mayweather i don't know how they can justify it(aka mundines fightnights etc.).
it's actually $29 on main event.
but considering hopoate has achieved nothing at all in boxing, and bob mirovic has lost 19 fights, including 6 of his last 10 fights and is 42 years old i am really shocked it is on pay per view only $20 less then some of the best fights in boxing history.
the prices to watch it at the venue are fair, no problem with that.
