very exciting

so millarvie's out...have to say his career has been a complete waste of space so far...good riddance

simkins a good choice

Ferguson is my tip......hes got the experience and is training in cyprus with the army....he will know exactly whats needed this time...a combo of wrestling endurance and power hitting

id love to see some jabs come in as well..... no reason why not

anyone doing odds

Mine too. He seemed well prepared when I spoke to him. I think his previous experience of the tournament will improve him this time, too.

I think Burton will win.

I’ve been told that Pel has Sam Sexton.

There's fcuk all doing yet kidda, they're probably waiting for the draw to be made before they stick any odds up. When is this PF tournie?

Next Fri. Draw is today apparently. Last time they did it on Soccer AM, so maybe it's on Sky Sports News.

I don't think Ferguson has the skills to win this, Burton or Reid for me.

Only Boylesports have posted odds so far:

Chris Burton 2/1
Sam Sexton 5/2
Pele Reid 4/1
Lee Swaby 10/1
Luke Simpkin 12/1
David Ferguson 12/1
Darren Morgan 20/1
David Ingleby 25/1

e/w 1/3 1,2

EDIT - Skybet :box:

Burton & Sexton 9/4, Reid 3/1, Ferguson 6/1, Swaby 14/1, Morgan 16/1, Simpkin 16/1, Ingleby 25/1.

Odds not as good, the Skybet book is 123% against 115% from Boylesports :TU:

Morgan as 20/1 might tempt me down the bookies. Burton's a sound enough favourite but not sure slower pace will suit 3x3's.

Pele Reid should really storm his way through this, but will his dodgy chin let him down yet again?

Pele has lots of experience of fighting several times on the same day from the old school kickboxing circuit; I wonder if that will be an advantage?

If he can keep his chin out of the way he should chew up and spit out the majority of the other fighters, although he could just as easily get sunk early by a tank like Morgan.

That’s what makes this tournament a fure fire winner with the fans.. I can’t wait!

Doesn't look like it according to Swaby and Ferguson.

I hope Pele wins. I've always had a soft spot for him. Seems like a good chap.

He's an adviser for Connexions these days, which is endearing.

Cheers Billy.

Sexton-Reid looks the best of the 1st series.

Burton I think, Swaby could beat Morgan. Has any promotor signed Danny Williams yet?

Just before I read this I thought there's going to be a massive size difference if Morgan and Swaby get paired up

I definately don't think Ferguson now, Simpkin will be too smart for him.

i think swaby could reach the final, he is a boxer who has has some unlucky breaks in his career, jesus, look at the earning potential of him and enzo, and swaby sparked enzo. i think a focussed lee swaby, could come in and have a say in this tournament. its his first fight for a while that he has had good notice for and is coming to win !!
