All the signs are there clear as day that Khan simply does not hold a shot. The left hook which put him down was a real monster of a shot, and Prescott can punch, but Amirs legs were stiffened by the jab that came a few second before, and he has been put on queer street by Limond.

Khan will have to adopt a very safety first style to succeed, and I'm just not sure that will suit his persona.

Yeah, it wasn't as though it was a single 'lucky' shot that caught him just right.

That was an even more complete destruction than Jaidon Codrington's 17 second blitzing, at least in that fight you could pinpoint the shot that put him on queer street. Prescott just beat him at everything thrown for as long as it lasted, When he had him nailed he finished the job in style.

It's not as though his career's over for sure, but he'll never have credibility in the sport until he beats a good fighter or at least impresses in defeat.

I've been a fan and I've made a lot of excuses for him but that's it for me, I cant see him fulfilling anything close to the promise he once showed.

1. There is a way back. Winning.
2. He wasn't just caught cold. He was wobbled by a jab.
3. Not sure. It would be great to blame his chin on weight draining, but that would probably be clutching at straws.

A little will depend on what Precott can do from here.

If he beats other good fighters then it'll be easier to look at this as bad matchmaking.

No they weren't buckled by a jab it was a wide long counter hook, not a jab

The only way the December fight could be PPV is if it's a rematch with Prescott.

Don't think that jab stunned him, dont think he was stunned until around 21seconds with that counter hook, Amirs chin is so high up in the air its not funny

That jab stunned him.... khan has admitted that both hands carried serious power.

Ordinarily I might say yes, but in this case, I'm saying no.

Amir's fragility was exposed by Willie Limond who CAN'T punch & there are also issues with his body punch resisatance as exposed by Michael Gomez, who will never be mistaken for namesake Wilfredo in the power stakes.

I'm afraid that Khan has real issues with his punch resistance & it may prevent him from achieving his goals.
