Calzaghe still not been paid for Hopkins?

Just been listening to Radio 5 Live. Calzaghe said he's still waiting to be paid for the bout against Hopkins, despite putting invoices in. Hopkins fight was in April, nearly five months ago. What the hell is going on? You do your job & then expect to get paid once its over!
Not a good sign for Calzaghe!

Invoices?!
I also thought that letters of credit were exchanged when it came to big fight purses. Is that not the usual?

You would think so, this is the preferred guaranteed method.
I would imagine this payment is for the PPV portion - surely his purse would have been lodged beforehand.
JC should issue them with a 'Default notice' if still no payment then he can serve a them with a 'Winding up Order' against Sports Networks.
They will pay soon enough!
