Now Cliff has signed a five-fight deal with the EBF in the UK, which presumably means another trip to Oz is no longer on the agenda?

I don't think the fight / rematch was ever on to be honest, just Cliff trying to talk himself into more fights which he is entitled to do. And the deal is with the BBF not the EBF.
