contenders are probably naz, eubank, bruno, lewis, benn, joe and hatton

as far as pure household names go...like little old ladies with no tv's still knowing etc.

id say its gotta be frank.

Good question. I would say Lewis, followed by Naz. Also depends on whether you mean high profile on a world scale, or just in Britain. Bruno was probably the most popular British household name.

If it's worldwide, it has to be Lewis. Britain would have to be Bruno.

On the World scale its definitely Lewis.

I think terrestrial TV could have done wonders for Hatton though.

I'd think Bruno, he was a national treasure at one point.

Calzaghe and Hatton? No chance. I remember whenever Naz fought every pub with a TV was packed out with people watching.

And that was in Ireland.

The Hatton-Mayweather fight was huge though. The media gave it far more coverage than the Tszyu fight, or any other I remember in recent years.

World wide - Lewis, Naz.

UK - Bruno, Eubank, Lewis/Naz around the same.

Amazing! Love it, Hamed doesn't have to do fook all for the rest of his days if he doesnt want to.

Hes not a total retard like Eubank either, so hes not going to squander every last penny and end up broke (i assume)

If he starts driving round to Downing Street in a massive Peterbilt truck then we should start worrying :DD

If Hamed is driving around Downing street in a huge truck - then I would really be worrying. Although, squash the polititions isn't such a bad idea I guess.

apparently he and his brothers own a fair bit of real estate in sheffield so he should be okay financially for the rest of his days!...

Lewis, Naz, Bruno and Eubank. There's no more than these.
