How should round 12 of De La Hoya/Quartey have been scored?

It was a very close fight. I thought De La Hoya drew even with Quartey with a 10-8 round in the twelfth.

But should it have been 10-8? What does it take to have a 10-7 round?

De La Hoya began the round with a solid knockdown that hurt Quartey and followed by beating the living hell out of Quartey for about a minute. Punched out, De La Hoya spent the rest of the round staring at Quartey at a distance, with neither fighter doing anything.

Without the knockdown, wouldn't you have had to score it 10-8, considering the amount of punishment dished out? It's not like Quartey rallied back; he just stopped absorbing punishment.

I'm on the fence...

Come on guys! Am I the only one who thought it was borderline 10-7?

It was pretty close to it but if i had to score the round i would have made it a 10-8 round, you must remeber that even though he was hurt Quartey showed a helluva heart by punching back, what a round though.
