i'd like to see vic win obviously, but i see him getting stopped.
looking forawrd to the dirrell-oganov fight on the UC though, although oganov has a phenomonal record, it seems a bit padded and dirrell seems to be too much of a prospect. could be another stoppage.

i reckon Victor's record is as padded as my cell at the insane asylum. it was only ten fights ago he starting fighting boxers with winning records and it was only 9 fights ago that he fought paul smallman...these days the doctor is a journeyman at best. don't get me wrong he has great power and is interesting to watch but i reckon dirrell will ring his bell. Dirrell did something that RJJ couldn't..and that's stop Hanshaw.
As fas as Vic goes, this is a bigger test than the Nonito fight...we alll know what happened there.
Good luck to them both though. If there was ever personifications of one punch power it's both of these guys.

Roy Jones Jr could have stopped Hanshaw if he wanted to but it was a fight to get 12 rounds under his belt...

Im picking Vix, He would have learnt a lot from his loss. Now he is training with his original trainer in Anmenia i reckon he will cause a big upset by KO.

If Vix shows up in the ring it could really throw Mijares off his game... I'm not sure what kind of shape he is in these days though...

I am pretty sure Vic has taken out Australian citizenship. The fight is on Main Event. He is the reigning IBF Super Flyweight Champion, it is a unification fight. What else is there to say?
I do not know if the Scots are interested in the fight or not. Maybe the fight is up against a game of kick and giggle or a caber tossing competition.

Hey Ben, I'll be over in Perth from Monday week, working for 2 weeks over there. Please ensure the weather is good and the beer cold. Thanks

The weather has been strange, Last week 28-35 most days. This week rain and thunderstorms some days and cold and crap the other days.
I predict hot weather when your here.

Today I was working down in Geelong (70 Kms south of Melb.). It was 28, humid (very un-Geelong like) than at one point it absolutely pissed it down for about 5 minutes before the sun came back out. Nothing and I mean nothing that Perth can serve up weather wise could possibly compete with our weather

Visiting a heap of our branches over there, mainly in the metro area. Plus a couple of longer trips....Busselton, Geraldton, Albany. Looking forward to it 8)
p.s. Darchynian IMO will pretty soon suffer another KO loss then give it away

I hope Vic wins this, I have only read about Mijares and seen one fight, does have skill but i think Vic`s power will hurt this kid in the later rounds.

Excellent performance from Vic, main thing is that he was not lunging this time around...

Mijares got schooled, totally outclassed, Mijares didn't plan for Vic to box, the guys on current scene told me i was in for a treat to see Mijares fight...... and i tipped and bet against Vic, last time i'll go against a heart pick.
Vic should sit comfortable as Australia P4P 1, and should make ring magazine's top 10.

Theres not much left for Vic to do at 115p, He dump the IBO title and the WBO title is nothing special.

Yeah i think a move to Batamweight is a good thing for Vic.

It was the WBA,WBC and IBF, no IBO or WBO was on offer. More importantly he gets the Ring Magazine number 1.
