Certainly likes to give his opinion on everything. Surprised he lists Ray Leonard as the best of all time - he's an all time great, but that's overegging the pudding surely.

Funny,
and I do agree with his assessment of Leonard.

Gotta love Enzo!! I much prefer his interviews when they're wrote down rather than audio.

brilliant. Have to say though, I never thought I'd hear him using David Haye as a positive for UK boxing. He used to say (before the Macc fight) that he was "...just a pretty boy who wont do anything or fight anyone". Actually it was more like "...ffs he's just a f-in pretty boy who f-in wont do anything too f-in busy pissin' about to f-in fight anyone".
Will be a sad day when these interviews stop! Dunno where he gets his energy....

Afternoon, Enzo. Are you confident ahead of Joe's fight against Roy Jones Jr?
[Perky] fornicating hell! Wake up! What do you mean am I confident, Small Talk? Of course I'm confident. Why should I change now? Of course I'm confident.
If I were to interivew Enzo I'm sure I wouldn't be able to stop laughing. He would think I'm taking the piss out of him lol!
Imagine interviewing Mr.T & Enzo Calzaghe at the same time! That would be a laugh wouldn't it!

Enzo's great, fornicating nutter. From what I've read/heard it was his personality that dragged Joe from being ok to world class.
Is there anyone who doubts his credentials as a trainer. His record, Joe aside, is pretty good with Enzo Mac, Rees etc. Not bad for a guitar wielding, phone box sleeping itai.

No. I spoke to his manager. If he came to me he's a small fish in a big pond. That's not what he wants, he wants to be a big fish in a small pond. I'm the only one that could save his ass.
Which is why he is in America with Roach and Pacquiao
Funny interview though

With Brian Blessed as the interview.

So long as he stays off boxing talk, he comes across as witty and entertaining character.

Phoneboxes are a lifesaver on a cold night when you cant make it home. Slept in the odd one myself when I was young, then caught the 6AM train home.

If you had dinner party and could invite five guests Enzo might make the list...but Brian Blessed would be first on mine.
Brian Blessed, Brian Clough, Peter Sellars....

Saw Brian Blessed a few months back in central London, at first I thought it was just some crazy drunk walking along talking to himself, then I realised who it was. Very entertaining whenever he gets on TV.
Although Tom Baker was almost as good when presenting have I got news for you last week

One afternoon in a shopping centre I saw Cloughie pissing up a solicitors door. "You alright" I asked him. Yeah I hate this fornicating solicitor. True story. Brian had his house knocked down to make way for a by pass and employed this solicitor beforhand to fight his case. You could never get a word in but he would talk to you for at least half an hour or more. Best England manager we never had. Brian Blessed I remember from the 60s in Z Cars but he has done a hell of a lot since. Peter Sellars was absolutely brilliant but, "The Pink Panther" was for me an awful film. Good choice of people.
