Lomachenko is a straight up killer - his appearance will be worth the entrance fee alone.
Forget paying to watch Danny Williams slow dance on Saturday night - the Europeans in Liverpool with Lomachenko will be far more entertaining!

teddy007 wrote:WTF, he should of signed a multi-million pound pro deal. The guy is f*cking awesome, no question fusture world champ. What is he doing? I would be gutted if he didn't turn pro, like someone else said he is a killer, simply awesome.
I don't want to be the bearer of bad news Teddy007 but i am lead to believe Lomachenko will stay amateur. I believe his goal is to win 3 or 4 Olympic golds for his country.
I like yourself really hope he changes his mind because he would be a tremendous addition to the pro's.
The only other guy who would be as well recieved in the pro's is Ridondeaux (spelling) the Cuban Bantam.

There's an hour's highlights on BBC 2 next Sunday, between 2 and 3.

Joe Murray looks set to turn his vest in following what he thinks was dispicable scoring in his European championship opener against Irishman Joyce:

Anyone see the fight - was it as a bad a decision as Murray is saying?..
His sig will be a welcome addition to the pros and a big loss to the 2012 amatuer hopes I would have thought.
Will be interesting to see how Joyce gets on against human threshing machine Lomachenko - now there is a poisoned chalice if ever there was one!

I do think that Joe might be going pro a bit to early. He needs to mature a little bit more for me.

Yeah i dare say he could make the switch quickley, i just don't see the rush for him.
How many of our top amateurs actually make a mark in pro boxing?
As the am's are set up at the moment Murray could get a decent living from the sponsorship, in the pro's he's only a couple of losses away from working in Tesco's.

Well Luke Campbell is through to the semis - beat the russian - and is now guaranteed at least a bronze.
Well done that lad!
Think he is the last Englishman left in the comp.

Lomachenko beat Joyce 10-2.
Then Lomachenko won his semi final 2-1!!!!!
Ok i've not seen that fight, but knowing Lomachenko i can't see him just landing 2 scoring punches in 3 rounds
