I'm glad you posted as this fight does deserve a thread. Pity it won't be shown here, Ndou should put up a very good fight.

it would be nice to see ndou win. it lines up a fight with clotty and puts his name in the mix with guys like margarito ( the only guy to beat cintron and a man who finds it hard to get opponents) and berto. But i guess thats just looking a little too far ahead

im also keen to see if taylor and find some form, he seems to have all the right tools and could really have some interesting matchups at supermiddle assuming he isnt toast from his last two fights.

I think Ndou has a good shot. Cintron biggest asset is his power and Ndou has a great chin so I can't see him getting knocked out. That could frustrate Cintron and allow Ndou to take it into the trenches where he can win a war.

I'm actually hoping Lacy can find some for here and cause an upset. I never really liked Taylor and seeing Lacy re-find his haevy hands could be a treat.

Lacy vs. Taylor is the great unknown this weekend. Lacy retired then came out of retirement when the dollars sounded a little bit more pleasing. Taylor has fought since his TKO loss to Pavlik, which up until that point he looked good in hurting Kelly early and generally controlling the action. I suspect Taylor will win this contest based on having the stronger boxing skills, lacy while also a great talent was at his best, when he was able to produce the left hook and straight right. Joe really did a number on lacy coupled with the horrible rotater cuff injury and lacy has never been the same fighter again.

Ndou, was at best a contender it showed in the big fights that he was to inactive and doesn't have that one big punch that can change a fight. Cintron while inconsistent is simply to strong for ndou and will cruise to a UD point’s victory. Also Chad Witherspoon is on the undercard, the nephew of the former heavyweight Tim Witherspoon.
